Hi, y’all!  Welcome to my fitness blog.  Here I’m going to give you some real insight into what a fitness journey is like from the perspective of a twenty-two-year-old college student.

I’m not here to tell you it’s going to be pretty and fun and wonderful all the time.  In fact, the only time it’s going to look pretty or fun or wonderful is probably when I post my before and after pics, because, to be honest, losing weight and changing your entire lifestyle isn’t easy.

I am looking for an outlet and support for the challenges I am going to face, but most of all I am looking for a way to inspire others to take control of their health, mentally and physically.

In this blog, I will supply workouts that I think are effective, healthy recipes that I enjoyed, and hopefully motivation to you all.
